Triples are coming! Triples are coming!
Everyone get your coupons ready! According to SouthernSavers.com Harris Teeter will triple the value of your coupons up to a face value of 99¢ starting tomorrow! This is pretty exciting since you will be able to get lots of things for free! I am going to organize my book, call everyone to get their extra coupons and get myself ready. Remember that you can only use 20 coupons per day, so either have someone else in your household go with you with their own VIC card or plan to go more than one day because this deal only comes around once in a while, so it is worth it to make more than one trip. I will post what I find!

E VIC Specials, Target Freebies and free Iron Man 2 toys
So... I am not super impressed with the grocery deals that are out there this week. I have devoted most of my couponing time this week to clipping, printing and organizing my coupons. There are a couple of good deals out there, such as the Saturday E VIC 4/$5 Kellogg's Cereals (which I have coupons for to make them 75¢ ea) and the B1G2 bags of frozen chicken breast. I have decided to skip the chicken breast because after their B1G2 deal two weeks ago and Bloom's B1G2 last week I don't think I can get any more chicken in my freezer.
I was a little excited though that many of my coupons could be used for trial sized items at Target. I ended up with some Jergen's Daily Glow, Crest Mouthwash, Crest Toothpaste, Old Spice, Secrect Clinical, Visine and more for basically free! $48 worth for a little over $2 (mostly taxes). I was also excited to see that if your coupon value is more than the purchase that they put the rest towards the other items in your cart.
I stopped by Wal-Mart (I really despise that place) and saw on their clearance rack Iron Man 2 toys on clearance for $3. I had $3 off coupons from the Sunday paper so it made it free (15¢ tax)! My son doesn't even know what Iron Man is, but I figured I would save it for a birthday gift.
I was really hoping for some Super Doubles or Triples somewhere this week but it didn't happen. I did however, receive an email back from Kroger saying that the stores in our area will still allow stacking of e coupons with paper coupons. This is pretty exciting, so I will have to do some research on what types of deals are available there.
Please enter your email to follow my postings! I don't have any followers yet and it makes me kinda sad.

99¢ Pop Tarts @ Harris Teeter!
I'm headed to Harris Teeter now for 99¢ Pop Tarts, too bad there is a limit of two because my house can go through them like crazy! I'm pretty sure I have a coupon for $1 off of three which will make 3 of them $1.
Other deals that I will probably pick up today are the B2G3 Green Giant Veggies, 21/30ct Shrimp and Chx of the Sea Tuna.
I also have a coupon for a McCormick Spice which will make their $1 Vanilla free and a coupon for Farm Rich products.
Don't miss the Pop Tarts! Check the e-vic specials before you head out!

Coupon policies at local stores
My quick trip to Farm Fresh yesterday landed me $47 in coupon savings. I had seven coupons for $1 any K-Cup coffee pack and I found myself standing there wondering how many Farm Fresh would take for the same product. I ended up having to detour to customer service to find out their coupon policy. They would take two.
Last night I watched Extreme Couponing in TLC and watched these women buy ridiculous amounts of mustard and such. I decided to do some research into our local stores policies. This is what I found:
